We expect that each person who belongs to KCF will, in some way, use the gifts, resources and talents that God has given them to serve this community of faith. In practical terms, that means things like teaching Sunday School, helping with meals, hosting Bible study groups, sweeping up, setting up, tearing down, riding the vacuum cleaner, playing in the band, helping drive kids to camp, kicking down the extra cash it takes to do some ministry or digging the weeds.
Opportunities + responsibilities
Folks at KCF have the 100% support of the staff to try out new and even crazy ideas. Naturally we ask you to plan carefully and have clear goals and objectives that are in line with the heartbeat of the church. But it is easy to get the green light from our leadership team.

We ask that every member of our family seek to grow and stretch spiritually, that they make themselves accountable to other believers and that they carry their weight in our community.
